Position Overview:
The T10 Cricket League – the fastest format in professional cricket – is seeking a passionate and dynamic Head of Sponsorship Sales to lead our commercial strategy, build high-impact brand partnerships, and drive sponsorship revenue across global markets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a robust sponsorship sales strategy aligned with league objectives.
Identify, pitch, and close high-value sponsorship deals with global and regional brands.
Lead contract negotiations, activation plans, and post-campaign performance analysis.
Build strong relationships with C-level executives, marketing heads, and media partners.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Attend industry events, sports summits, and networking platforms to promote T10.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in sports sponsorship or media sales (preferably in cricket).
A strong network of decision-makers in FMCG, tech, automotive, and lifestyle sectors.
Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and building long-term partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A love for cricket and a keen understanding of its commercial ecosystem.
