The ideal candidate for the Property Sales Manager role will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the effective marketing and sale of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as related materials. This role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and strong leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of property sales agents.

  • Set individual and team performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.

  • Identify and engage potential buyers and investors.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee the property listing, marketing, and negotiation processes.

  • Ensure all property sales are completed in a timely and compliant manner.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements based on insights.

  • Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to streamline sales processes.

  • Coordinate with property developers, landlords, and agents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in off-plan property sales preferably with a developer.

  • Strong understanding of real estate laws, local market conditions, and property management.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online property portals.
